Kevin received his
Juris Doctor from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he
graduated cum laude. He was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship for
Academic Excellence in 1996-1997 and 1998-1999. He is also a member
of the Justice Frank Murphy Honor Society. Additionally, he was a recipient
of the American Jurisprudence Book Awards for Tort and Insurance Law.
Kevin was admitted to the bar in 1999. He has been admitted to practice
in the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan
and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Prior to joining the firm, Kevin clerked for Sachs, Waldman, O'Hare,
Helveston, Bogas & McIntosh, P.C. in Detroit. Kevin's practice focuses
primarily on the areas of negligence, product liability and consumer
protection. He was also our prime mover in the Strzelecki vs. Chrysler
case which he declared caps on non-economic damages unconstitutional.
Kevin is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Michigan Trial Lawyers
Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and The Attorney's Information
and Exchange Group.
