President of Hilborn & Hilborn, P.C., Craig received his B.S. from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law in 1989. Craig began his career representing indigent defendants in criminal proceedings. In 1993 he and his father, George A. Hilborn, began Hilborn & Hilborn, P.C. Since that time Hilborn & Hilborn, P.C. has concentrated on representing persons seriously injured as a result of defective products and the negligence of others. Craig is a member of Michigan Association of Justice, American Association of Justice, the Attorney's Information and Exchange Group and he has served on the Board of Directors of the Michigan State University College of Law Alumni Association.
Craig has settled many multi-million dollars cases. On August 20, 2004, Craig won an appeal in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Nemir v. Mitsubishi case nos. 02-1780; 03-1228. Nemir will have widespread legal ramifications for product liability cases throughout the United States. -
